As boiling time draws near we're working hard to not lose an ounce of sap. With our new larger collection tank we'll be sure that every last ounce of sap gets boiled down to delicious pure syrup. This new tank will help us keep up with the demands of our increased production this year, ensuring Bennett Farm Maple will be able to meet all our customers' syrup needs.
