With at least a foot of snow coming tomorrow (at time of posting 02/15/25) we were grateful to get some assistance tapping. A big thanks to Thom for volunteering to help with the tapping, not an easy job then you're snowshoeing through two feet of snow with 4 foot drifts! Hopefully we got enough done that the finishing up can be done after this blizzard clears but before the sap starts to run.
